1. Turn Around Time
Our current turnaround time (processing + preparation) is 14 business days.
This means your order is carefully prepared, poured, packed, and ready for shipment within this timeframe before it is handed off to the shipping carrier.
During high-demand periods (such as sales, holidays, or new product launches), turnaround times may be slightly extended. We always do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible without compromising quality.

2. Pre-Orders
From time to time, we may offer pre-order items.
Pre-order items are products that are not yet ready to ship but are available for purchase in advance.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
